Services: Body Centered Psychotherapy
(Individual and Group Therapy available)
In our body/mind we hold unconscious patterns and
beliefs. These beliefs can lead to physical and
emotional pain, effect our choices in relationships,
and impact the quality of our life. Through the use
of mindfulness and body awareness, Rebecca will work with
you to uncover these unconscious patterns and beliefs.
Rebecca works from the principals of loving awareness and
non-violence, as well as trusting the organic
process. Therapy may include movement, visualization,
talking, energy work, touch and mindful awareness. The
primary goal is to assist you in understanding the
ways you currently operate in the world and to give
you choices of new ways of being.
Mindfulness Based Group Therapy (small groups of 3-5 participants) incorporates the principals of mindfulness, organicity,
body/mind/spirit awareness, and loving presence. While gaining insight
to your own path of growth, participants also become a support for
each other's spiritual journey. For more information on these groups,

if a group is right for you.
